The first stage of Sanctuary, is a master planned community development of 364 one, two and three-bedroom luxury apartments, 16 terraced family homes and 12 two-storey maisonettes. Each has a northerly aspect, with a contemporary, sensitive design to maximise water views and capitalise on its unique position where the river, wetlands and parklands meet.
