Scope: Installing more than 4,000 sq mtr of Australian Standard Compliant Teracotta tiles as well as over 1,000 sq. mtrs of Equitone Non Combustible panels on this project. The first stage of Sanctuary, is a master planned community development of 364 one, two and three-bedroom luxury apartments, 16 terraced family homes and 12 two-storey maisonettes.  Each has a northerly aspect, with a contemporary, sensitive design to maximise water views and capitalise on its unique position where the river, wetlands and parklands meet.
